    A RARE 30¢ AND 50¢ 1879 ISSUE HIGH-VALUE POSTAGE DUE COVER.

    This 1899 cover shows the rare use of high denomination postage due stamps, which represent postage due amounts tallied in bulk on a returned mailing to Roger Williams, President of the Bank of lthaca.
