A), Parcel Post, Oct 4, 1946" double-circle datestamp and " Special Handling " straightline on International Parcel post tag to Europe, yellow "International Parcel Post" label affixed to reverse noting 6lbs 10oz. with postage of 98¢; vertical crease affects 18¢, otherwise Very Fine and exceptionally rare special handling use abroad.
