    Special Delivery, 1969-71, 45¢ & 60¢ Special Delivery Group, three exhibit pages with first comprising Seattle Wash. experimental booklets comprising three complete booklets (a pink cover and blue cover w/ masking tape on top) mounted on a page with another example below with cover removed for display; two additional pages of E22 and E23 mounted mint stamps showing a variety of ink smears, a fold-over and other misperfs, also E22 used on parcel post card with Famous Americans, Very Fine and scarce group, ex-Markovits .

    Lot 650

    Cigarette, Tobacco, Narcotic and Liquor related Revenues, A collection of domestic cigarette and little cigar private labels arranged alphabetically. Manufactures include American Tobacco, Brown & Williamson, Liggett, P. Lollard, R.J. and others all in 4" binder. 400+ wrappers, some duplication and varieties. US Cigarette Stamps by manufacturer codes. Stamps range from the late 1920s to the 1950s. Pretty comprehensive in some areas, including split dates, collector correspondence on the topic and a few pages of reference material everything in two 1 ½" binders. Small stock book of 1933 cigarette tube stamps and another grouping of cigar material. Grouping of special tax revenue documents business taxes for Retail Liquor and tobacco sellers. Narcotic Tax Stamps grouping on 9 stock pages w/ mostly used ranging from RJA46b-RJA55 (100+ copies of RJ47a), a couple of unused items included.

    Christmas Seals, 1907-1996, 3 volume mounted collection w/mint singles, covers and sheets, 2 mint sheet files, and other seal related material. Collection spans 1907-1996 and includes mint singles, full sheets, varieties to include missing colors, and used on postcards and covers. Note include WX2 mint single, WX3 on postcard and many others. A 1957 full sheet signed by the designer Clint Bradley and other seal related items.

    Balance Lot, two large boxes of material. This consignment balance lot is mostly US and includes 2 small boxes full of glassines with used US stamps listed by Scott number, loose stamps and material in stock books. Multiple (8+) binders of relatively inexpensive mint and used stamps, cut squares, trading stamps, labels, some U.S. revenues, and perfins. Two books of cut squares of 20th century congressional free franks and meter material, some FDCs and commercial mail/postal history. Used stamps sorted into glassines include W/F material. Mint stamps also mounted on pages in complete sets. A little bit of everything in these two large cartons.
