WWII Censor Tapes of African Countries, collection of 45 covers from African countries on 21 exhibit pages of different censor tape types, origins comprise Algeria, Angola, Belgian Congo (2), Egypt (2), French Cameroun (2), Madagascar (6), Mozambique (2), Nigeria (2), Northern and Southern Rhodesia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Southwest Africa, most are paper type with lots of additional markings on both fronts and back, some dual censoring, the commercial mail is destined for other African countries, Europe and the United States, Very Fine and attractive collection of this interesting area.
