" Approvd, R A Kent Sr., & mail Inspected " examiner's marking, reverse with Vicksburg (9.30, 11.3) backstamps; some flaws including upper left corner torn and reverse cut, Fine and scarce Civil War advertised use to Union Occupied Vicksburg.
