Specimen, three singles with natural straight edge at left, tied by two strikes of large magenta "Postes et Telegraphes * Madagascar * Collection De Bern" double-circle handstamps at top of 275 x 361mm page with Director of Posts handstamp and signature at bottom right, sheet with scissors cut at right center and creases from folding to fit an exhibit page, otherwise Very Fine, sent by the U.P.U. to the Postmaster of Madagascar who dutifully placed them in his archives, ex-Bianchi, Haber .
