Three items are stampless and a number of Postal Stationary items to include a great "DLO Minor Division Miscellaneous" five-line rectangular marking and others with large UNCLAIMED and circular "ADVERTISED, JAN 29" and another with a straightline ADVERTISING in green. A couple items still have contents. Another item has a nice three-line strike "Sent to Dead Letter Office, FEB 24,1909 From INDIANAPOLIS, IND."

Jul 2" cds to Iowa City, forwarded with "Iowa City, Iowa, Jul 4" rimless cds back to Muscatine, ms. "Due 7" and "Ford 3" ratings totaled to "10" cents due; edge tears and wear.

Iowa Advertised Covers, 1864-1916, lot of 22 covers with many from late 1800s. Lot includes stampless Ft Madison "ADVERTISED" and Paid 3 mark, Desmoines circular "ADVERTISED 1 Cent" on front and small circular "APR 4 1864" on back. A nice cover with Attorney corner card and 1862 Davenport in oval. Another item with oval "SPRINGVILLE" and Advertised and Due 1 each in circles. Also a 5¢ Columbian used to Germany returned as unclaimed with DLO traingle and a 7-line staightline New York duplex and other marks on backside. Other town represented include Burlington, Clayton, Cuthrif Center, Souix City and others; some small flaws, F.-V.F. group.
